Your safety is important to us, and we are doing everything to ensure this.
But we ask you to follow a number of rules
Safety rules
  1. Health Condition: Before starting classes, it is recommended to consult a doctor. If you have any known medical conditions or restrictions, please inform the instructor before the class begins.
  2. Sobriety: Attending sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
  3. Training Day: On pole training days, it is not recommended to visit solariums, have massage sessions, or use lotions and creams.
  4. Trainer Presence: Access to the gym area is allowed only in the presence of a trainer, except when renting the pole or gym for independent workouts.
  5. Late Arrival: If a student is late, they must start with a full warm-up. The trainer may refuse further participation without compensating for the session if the warm-up is skipped.
  6. Chewing Gum: Chewing gum, candies, or any food are not allowed during workouts.
  7. No Jewelry: Remove jewelry from your hands and feet before training, as well as any other metallic items that could damage equipment or cause skin injuries.
  8. Dry Floor: Ensure the floor around the pole and other equipment is completely dry before training. Report any wet spots to the trainer or administrator.
  9. Equipment Check: Before using the pole or other equipment, check their technical condition. Report any malfunctions to the instructor immediately.
  10. Grip Aids: Grip aids may be used on the pole. After training, the pole must be thoroughly cleaned of these aids.
  11. Exercise Start: Begin exercises only after the instructor has explained their technique.
  12. Attention to Instructions: Listen carefully to the trainer and follow all instructions precisely.
  13. Safe Distance: Maintain a safe distance from mirrors, walls, and other participants during group sessions to avoid injuries.
  14. Prohibited Actions: Do not lean on or touch mirrors, attach any objects to them (including phones with suction cups, holders, etc.), or independently install or dismantle removable equipment.
  15. Out-of-Program Elements: Do not perform elements that are not part of the current class program or have not been explained by the trainer.
  16. Discomfort: If you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience any discomfort, inform the instructor or administrator immediately and stop the session.
  17. Mandatory Use of Safety Mats Use of a safety (crash) mat is mandatory when learning new elements, performing inversions, tricks at height, or any movements involving a risk of falling. The instructor has the right to prohibit the execution of an element without a crash mat.
  18. In Case of Pole/Studio Rental for Independent Training In the event of renting the pole or the studio for independent (solo) training sessions, full responsibility for safety lies with the renter.
  19. Maximum Studio Capacity The studio may not accommodate more than 35 people at the same time (including instructors and staff). The administrator or instructor reserves the right to restrict entry if this limit is exceeded, in order to ensure safety and comfort.
  20. Liability The studio assumes no responsibility for injuries sustained as a result of failure to comply with these safety rules.
